These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Iridescence website (www.iridescence.co.za), and your booking or receipt of polarized light therapy and related services ("Services") from Iridescence, located at 32 Blouberg Street, Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp, South Africa. By browsing this website, submitting a booking request, or attending a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or book a session.

2. Nature of Our Services — Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Iridescence offers non-invasive, drug-free polarized full-spectrum light therapy intended to support circulation, ease discomfort, and complement the body's natural recovery process. Our services are wellness treatments and are not a diagnosis, cure, or substitute for professional medical advice, examination, or treatment.

You are responsible for disclosing relevant medical information (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, light-sensitivity conditions, active skin infections, or photosensitising medication) to your practitioner before your session, so we can advise whether the treatment is suitable for you.

3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Payment

Sessions can be requested through the online booking form, WhatsApp, email, or phone. A submitted booking request is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from Iridescence.

• Please arrive on time; late arrival may shorten your session or require rescheduling
• Session and package pricing shown on this website is in South African Rand (ZAR) and may be updated from time to time
• Payment is arranged directly with Iridescence (in person, via EFT, or another method we advise); this website does not process online card payments

3.1 Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Whether your deposit is refunded depends on when you cancel:

This policy applies specifically to same-day cancellations of a booking. If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find you a new time.

3.2 Age Requirement

Our services are intended for clients aged 18 and older. If a client under the age of 18 wishes to receive a session, we require a signed letter of consent from a parent, legal guardian, or other person who is responsible for the child's care, before any treatment can take place.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

This website and its content — including text, graphics, the Iridescence logo, photographs, and layout — are owned by or licensed to Iridescence and are protected by South African copyright and trademark law.

We may decline, postpone, or discontinue a booking or session — including without prior notice — where we reasonably believe a treatment would be unsafe for you, where information provided is false, or where these Terms have been breached.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
